Child Safety Policy

Effective Date: November 19th, 2025
Last Updated: November 19th 2025

Pinkgratitude is designed to be a positive, uplifting, and safe space. Although our platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance stance toward any form of child sexual exploitation, abuse, or endangerment on or through our platform. Pinkgratitude strictly prohibits the creation, sharing, distribution, or facilitation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or any other form of sexual exploitation. We take these matters extremely seriously. Any suspected breach of this policy will result in immediate suspension or termination of access to our services and prompt reporting of the incident to the competent law enforcement authorities. Please refer to our Community Guidelines,  Privacy Policy, and  Terms Of Service

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Pinkgratitude strictly prohibits:

  • Any sexual or sexually suggestive content involving minors (anyone under 18).
  • Any content that exploits, endangers, or depicts harm toward children.
  • The sharing, requesting, creating, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including drawn, AI-generated, or partially obscured depictions that sexualize minors.
  • Any sexually suggestive or pornographic content that depicts, glorifies, or attempts to normalize abuse, coercion, or exploitation of any person.

We have a strict zero-tolerance approach to CSAM and child exploitation. Confirmed violations will result in:

  • Immediate removal of the content.
  • Permanent suspension of the account(s) involved.
  • Reporting of the incident to appropriate authorities, as required by law.

2. Age Requirements

Pinkgratitude is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Pinkgratitude app.

We do not knowingly allow individuals under 18 to use the platform. If we become aware that a user is under the minimum age, we will take steps to delete the account and remove associated content.

3. Content Moderation & Enforcement

We use a combination of tools, policies, and human review to detect and respond to violations of this Child Safety Policy.

Detection

  • Every post uploaded to Pinkgratitude is automatically analyzed by an AI-powered media moderation tool (AWS Rekognition) before it becomes visible on the platform.
  • If the automated system flags content as potentially harmful, sexual, exploitative, or involving minors, the post is immediately blocked and not published.
  • Users can also report posts and accounts they believe violate our policies, including content that harms or endangers children.
  • Additional internal signals (such as repeated reports or suspicious behavior patterns) may be used to prioritize human review.

Review Process

  • Reports related to child safety are treated with the highest level of priority and urgency and are reviewed as quickly as possible.
  • Moderation is performed by human reviewers who are trained to enforce our Child Safety Policy consistently and effectively.

Enforcement

  • Removal of content that violates this Child Safety Policy.
  • Permanent suspension and deletion of accounts that violate our Child Safety Policy, Community Guidelines,  Privacy Policy, and  Terms Of Service.
  • In cases of suspected CSAM or suspected harm to children, we will immediately restrict access to the relevant content, preserve all relevant data, and report the incident to law enforcement, in accordance with applicable law.

4. Reporting Abuse & Child Safety Concerns

We encourage users to report anything that may put a child at risk or violate our Child Safety Policy, Community Guidelines,  Privacy Policy, and  Terms Of Service.

In-App Reporting

  • You can report posts directly from the app by tapping the Report option on a post.
  • You can also report or block another user from their profile.

What Happens After You Report

  • Reports are queued for review by our moderation team, with child safety–related reports treated with the highest level of priority.
  • If content is found to violate our policies, it will be removed, and the account may be restricted, suspended, or permanently deleted, in line with our Child Safety Policy, Community Guidelines,  Privacy Policy, and  Terms Of Service.
  • In cases of suspected CSAM or any harm to children, we will immediately restrict access to the relevant content, preserve all relevant data, and report the incident to law enforcement, in accordance with applicable law.

Pinkgratitude is not an emergency service and is not equipped to respond to urgent threats to safety. If any content posted by a user puts you in danger or you believe a child is at risk of harm, please contact your local law enforcement or child protection hotline first, then report the content or account to us.

5. How We Handle Reports of CSAM

Pinkgratitude follows a strict process when we become aware of potential child sexual abuse material (CSAM):

  • We immediately restrict access to the reported content and review it to determine whether it appears to involve CSAM or harm to children.
  • Content that is confirmed or suspected to be CSAM is removed from public view and handled in line with applicable legal requirements.
  • Where required by law, we report CSAM to the appropriate national or regional authority or hotline and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
  • We will preserve relevant data and logs for as long as legally required to support investigations, in accordance with applicable law.

We do not tolerate any attempt to use Pinkgratitude to create, share, solicit, or trade CSAM.
