    • We’ll do our best to respond promptly, though our ability to fulfill requests may depend on technical, legal, or resource limitations as a small startup.
  7. Hosting, Data Retention & Deletion
    • We store user data in databases and media asset storage hosted by reputable cloud service providers such as Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services (AWS). These systems are primarily located in data centers within the United States. By using the Pinkgratitude Platform, you consent to your data being stored and processed in the U.S.
    • We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to operate the Platform and provide our services, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, and support service improvements and analytics.
    • Account Deletion: You can delete your account via your settings. This action typically removes most of your personal data from active use.
    • Limited Retention: Some data (such as backup copies, server logs, or data retained for legal/security reasons) may be retained temporarily for a limited period, even after account deletion, and will be securely deleted later if legally permissible.
    • Shared Content: Public posts or messages you have shared may still be visible or accessible if they have been reshared by other users or cached by third-party services, as this content may no longer be solely under our control.
    • Data Deletion Requests: If you believe your data remains after deletion or you encounter issues accessing or deleting your account, please contact us at dev@pinkgratitude.com, and we will assist as best we can.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept these data retention and deletion practices as part of our effort to provide a reliable and secure experience.
